Dear customer: the return and exchange period is 3 days from the date of receiving the product. The product is only accepted for return if it is in its original condition. If your request has been shipped with the shipping company or a shipping bill has been issued and a cancellation request has been made, in this case, the amount of your order will be refunded minus the delivery cost. If you wish to exchange or return any product after receipt, you must pay the shipping fee for the returned order and the new order, noting that the shipping fee goes directly to the shipping company. In case a damaged product arrives, the customer will be compensated with the same damaged product, and all photos of the damaged product and compensation will be attached within 15 days from the date of receipt, at no additional cost. If the customer received free shipping and wishes to return the products, the store has the right to recalculate the shipping cost to the customer. If the product is not received, the customer bears the shipping cost.
